Benefits of HFEC Parts
ExperienceOur parts staff have over 72 years of experience between them. They continually update their knowledge and skills by attending training schools sponsored by our Manufacturers.
Farm PlanWe offer a convenient charge account called Farm Plan. With a Farm Plan account you can charge all month long and then just write one check at the end of the month. If cash flow is a problem some months, you can pay a minimum monthly payment of 10% of the balance owed. During the winter months, we often have parts and service promotions that allow you to get parts or service during the winter and then not have to pay for them for 90 to 180 days.
WarrantyWe warranty the parts we sell against defects in material or workmanship. Various parts have different warranty time periods. Most parts are warranted for at least 90 days.
Return PrivilegesYou may return any parts, purchased but not used, for full credit or refund within 30 days of their purchase. After 30 days, we will still give you a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee if the part was special ordered and is returnable to the manufacturer. If the part is a stocking part, we will credit or refund the price you paid for it at the time of your purchase.
